Ticket Types

VIP SEATING

This section is for those who live and breathe Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. It’s the premium experience and your VIP ticket grants you access to the best seat in the house, with a spot in the VIP section and exclusive perks.

BAND A SEATING

A little further back than VIP SEATING but still great seats, ensuring that you are immersed in the world of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.  Band A ticket holders are guaranteed an enchanting event experience with some special perks.

BAND B SEATING

Band B ticket holders will enjoy an allocated seat in the middle of the action. So take it easy in a comfortable seat and get set for an evening to treasure.

GENERAL ADMISSION

General Admission is standing rather than seated. You are able to roam for the view and experience that you want.  Perfect for larger groups who want to move around and dance to the beat.

Access Tickets

We want Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: The Super Live to be as accessible and inclusive as possible, and will make reasonable adjustments to enable and improve your visit.  One way we do this is by offering an allocation of Access Tickets that can be booked online.  

KOKO

There are 3 types of access ticket. 

All Access tickets include a free carer/companion ticket. 

Please note there will not be a separate ticket sent for the carer/PA, you must arrive at the same time.  

These tickets are available exclusively for those with access needs.  If this is your first-time attending KOKO you may be required to send over proof of eligibility.  Please email the access team at [email protected] or give us a call on 0207 388 3222 for further information.

HERE at Outernet

There are 6 types of access ticket. 

All Access tickets include a free carer/companion ticket.

FAQs

When will I get my ticket?

Your ticket will be sent to the email you booked via once the booking is complete.

Your E-Tickets can be downloaded via the link within your confirmation email, or alternatively click here to manage your order and click Download tickets.

Your tickets can be shown on your device, they do not need to be printed.

If you haven’t received your ticket, don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder.

Can I refund or exchange my ticket?

All tickets are strictly non-refundable unless the event has significantly changed.

If your event has significantly changed then there will be and option to request a refund within our customer service area here (once you have logged in to manage your order). Please note that if you press the ‘I would like a refund’ button then this will automatically issue a refund up to 5 working days and you do not need to email us. Once your refund has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation of this. If you would like to request a partial refund on your order then please do not use the self-serve refund button and get in touch via the contact form provided.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

If you would like to upgrade your ticket please get in touch with us via direct message on one of our social channels.

Can I book an accessible ticket?

Yes, we offer a range of access tickets across both venues

Can I book as a group?

Yes, you can – please visit the See tickets website to book a group. https://www.seetickets.com/register/see-group-bookings

Is there a cloakroom at the venue?

Yes, there are cloakrooms at both venues. If you have booked VIP or Band A seating then it is complimentary and included in your ticket. If you are Band B or General Admission you will need to pay.

At KOKO prices range from £3-£4 per item, only small bags and items are permitted.

Outernet

HERE at Outertent prices range from £7 for a medium locker that is designed to 2-3 jackets or a smaller backpack + jacket and £9 for a large (ideal for sharing or for a larger bag or coat)

No suitcases can be stored or taken into the theatre.

Please note we are not responsible for any items in the cloakroom.

Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code, but we encourage you to dress up in your best Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon outfit!

Is there an age restriction?

10+ only.

10 to 15s must be accompanied by an adult. No refunds will be given for incorrectly booked tickets.

Do I need ID or proof of age?

Anyone suspected to be under age or without parental guidance under 16 will be expected to give evidence to guarantee entry.

Can I take photos during the show?

Photography is not allowed during the show. There will be a period at the end of the show where you are allowed, this will be clearly indicated to the audience.

Are there any audio or visual triggers I should be aware of?

Please be aware there is loud music, strobe lighting and bright lights throughout the show.

HERE at The Outernet

Charing Cross Rd, London WC2H 8LH

Tottenham Court Road station is a 30-second walk from the venue. The next closest stations are Leicester Square station (6 minutes walk), Covent Garden station (10 minutes), and Oxford Circus station (11 minutes walk).
The nearest bus stops are Tottenham Court Road (Stop T) and Tottenham Court Road (Stop S) on Earnshaw Street.

Koko

Mornington Crescent tube station is directly opposite the venue, and Camden Town is a ten minute walk away.

The larger stations of Euston and Kings Cross are approximately 15 minutes walk.
